It's almost half a year since I went abroad. I haven't drunk any soup. The simplest soup I can think of is laver and egg soup. It's made by the flavor I remember. It's really similar to my mother's.
Step1:Boil the water in the pot. Break up the eggs. Slice the garlic slice
Step2:Add the egg liquid after boiling. Put the laver into the egg flower. Turn to a small heat and cook. Stir with chopsticks until the laver is scattered
Step3:Add pepper, garlic and vinegar. Cover and simmer for 2 minute
Step4:Add salt, stir and turn off the fir
