Step1:Prepare medium gluten flour.
Step2:Put an egg in the flour. Add salt, corn oil, baking powder and warm water.
Step3:Use chopsticks to stir into floccules.
Step4:Knead into dough.
Step5:Add the ripe black sesame.
Step6:Knead evenly to form a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes.
Step7:Roll it out into a thin piece of dough.
Step8:Cut into small rectangular pieces.
Step9:Fold the dough in half with the opening facing up. Cut it evenly into four parts (or six parts) below.
Step10:Turn one end out from the middle of the cut. Adjust the shape. A twist is done.
Step11:Make the remaining leaves in turn.
Step12:Pour more blending oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat. Pour in the prepared sesame leaves.
Step13:Small and medium fire. The hemp leaves will soon grow bigger.
Step14:When one side is discolored, turn it over and fry the other side. When both sides are golden, you can fish it out.
Step15:Spread kitchen paper on the plate. Put the fried hemp leaves on it and suck up the extra oil.
Step16:Golden in color.
