I have always been fond of river prawns in Wuxi, south of the Yangtze River. I'm tired of boiled River prawns and want to try another taste.
Step1:Wash fresh prawns for us

Step4:Put the minced garlic, ginger and chive on the prawns. Put some salad oil in the pot and heat it up. Pour it on the seasoning and saute it until fragrant. Garnish the dishes on the table
