Cooking tips:1. When mixing the dough, make it into a medium hard dough. Because the wake-up dough will make the dough soft. It's too soft, the dough is very sticky, and the gluten is not good. 2. Do not use too much force when rolling out the crust, because it needs to be uncovered after steaming. It will not be easy to uncover when rolling hard. 6. Steam the dough in boiling water. Steam for about 2 minutes. Don't steam for a long time. Water vapor will make the dough sticky. You can use a steaming tray or don't use a big fire when steaming to reduce water vapor. 7.
