Step1:Break broccoli into small trees. Shred onion. Chop garlic. Slice chicken. Mix in soy sauce, cooking wine, flour, oil, salt and pepper. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
Step2:Take a small bowl and make the sauce. Put in water, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cornflour and mix well.
Step3:First fry the onion and garlic.
Step4:Add broccoli and stir fry until it is eight ripe. Add chicken. Stir quickly.
