Step3:The dough is kneaded slightly. It is divided into three parts. After each dough is kneaded into a circle, it is rolled into a cow tongue shape, then rolled up and put into the toast baking plate. Three of them are arranged once, and then the cover is put on for the second fermentation.
Step4:Fermentation - fermentation can be done either at room temperature or in an oven. The fermentation time at room temperature is uncertain. Wait until the toast box is nine minutes full. The fermentation time is about 1 hour in the oven at 3040 ℃.
Step5:The middle and lower layers can be roasted at 170 ℃ for 3035 minutes. The milk is fragrant and delicious.
Cooking tips:If you can make steamed bread, even if you don't have a dough mixing machine, you can make steamed bread. You need to knead the dough several times. At last, put the three dough into the toast box for secondary fermentation. At last, bake it for 30 minutes when it's full. I think the effect should be the same.
