Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Wash and slice chicken gizzar

2. 

   Step2:Blanch chicken gizzards and drain them. Cut ingredients for later use

3. 

   Step3:Put some oil into the pot. Stir fry ingredient

4. 

   Step4:Put in chicken gizzard. Add in old soy sauce, raw soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir fry for a while

5. 

   Step5:Stir fry and serve. Serve with a bowl of rice.
