Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Cut ginger, garlic, sour pepper and millet pepper into small section

   Step2:Put the oil in the pot. Put the gizzards into the pot. Stir fry the cooking wine, salt, garlic, ginger and pepper into the pot

   Step3:Add sour pepper, millet pepper and 1 scoop oyster sauce, stir fry until cooke

   Step4:Dish. Crispy chicken gizzards, hot and sour. It's very earthy.
