Step1:Pour the butter, water, sugar and salt into the pot and boil. Turn to a low heat. Pour the flour into the pot and stir quickly. Turn off the heat and let the batter cool. Stir the eggs evenly and add them in batches until they are absorbed. The batter can be lifted into an inverted triangle of about 4cm to be put into a bag and ready to be kneaded on the baking tray.
Step2:Bake for ten minutes at 210 degrees in the oven. You can bake it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes without opening the ove
