I use a mixture of two kinds of rice. Rice is too high in sugar, so try to put it as little as possible. Just to make the congee sticky. Put less rice to enhance the flavor of congee.

Step4:After 15 minutes, the porridge was very thick. Put the spinach in. Just stir it for 30 second

Cooking tips:Tip - because you don't buckle the lid all the way. Simmer on low heat. So we must drain more water. Prevent drying the pot. Beef powder is salty and not too much. If there is no beef powder, it's OK to add less chicken essence to improve the flavor. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
