The tail of a pig is salty. There is no need to put salt. (Brought by pigtail's hometown ☺️)
Step1:Wash, cut and boil the tail for 20 minutes. Don't pour the soup.
Step2:Cut into small pieces after cooking. Cut garlic and set aside.
Step3:Put the oil in the hot pot and fry the pigtail for two or three minutes.
Step4:Put the soup on top of the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Step5:Then add cabbage. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and cook for another three minutes. Put garlic before you leave the pot.
