It's not a very difficult heavy oil cake. When making it, pay attention to the mixing technique and the state of butter.
Step1:Return the butter to room temperature. The best way to poke the butter is with your finger
Step2:Put butter, sugar powder and lemon chips in the basin and press evenly with a scraper to prevent the sugar chips from flying out during the beating. Electric eggbeater sends eggs at high speed. The head of the eggbeater draws a large circle at the speed of one second and two weeks next to the basin wall.
Step3:Reduce the resistance in the bowl. When the butter is white and puffy like cream, pour the eggs into the bowl in small amounts in several times. Only when it is completely absorbed can the new egg liquid be added.
Step4:The volume of butter doubles at the end of beating. It basically sticks together to form a fluffy, creamy and glossy butter. If the state is close to liquid state, it can be cooled with ice water. Then remove the ice water and then pass for a while to become cream. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees.
Step5:Mix the flour and baking powder in advance. Sift them into the butter basin. Place the scraper at two o'clock. Scrape to eight o'clock. Scrape the butter paste as much as possible. Then lift it up. Turn the scraper quickly to shake off the butter paste. After repeated mixing for 30 times, the flour disappears basically. Continue mixing for 60 times until the whole paste appears luster.
Step6:Put the mixed cake paste into the mould and put it into the preheated oven. 170 ℃ for 40 minutes. When baking for 20 minutes, cut a hole in the middle of the cake with a knife dipped in water. Each oven has different tempers. Please adjust the time and temperature according to your mold size and tempers.
Step7:As you bake the cake, you start making syrup. Heat the syrup in a small pot until it boils for a minute or two.
Step8:After the cake is baked, it will be demoulded. Then brush the surface of the cake with a brush dipped in syrup. Stop for 3.5 minutes and then brush again. Be sure to brush all syrup into the cake. Then wrap the plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
