Step6:Stir fry the oil, ginger, garlic and onion in the pot. Put in the onion head, dried pepper section, bean paste, soybean paste, fragrant leaves and other seasonings. Add a small half bowl of water to boil. Stir in the chicken and stir evenly. Then pour in potatoes, taro and other dishes
Step7:Stir evenly. Cover with a small heat and simmer for a while. Turn on the high heat and add 1 tablespoon of raw soy sauce. Stir evenly to start the pot. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame. You can sprinkle some cilantro. I don't have any.

Cooking tips:1 - don't worry about whether the chicken will be cooked. It's basically cooked in the frying step. 2 - taro is boiled. I don't like fried taro. The cooked taro will taste soft, waxy and glutinous only after it's fried. 3 - my sauce and dried pepper are not too spicy. So I put this amount of sauce not spicy. If your sauce is spicy and you don't eat spicy, you can put more soy sauce properly. 4 - fried chicken and potatoes according to your own preference. But chicken yellowing must be achieved. Otherwise, it will affect the taste. It will be more fragrant if you dry it a little. 5 - you can add your own favorite side dishes. According to the different dishes, you need to pretreatment first. 6 - if you want to cook chicken or dry pot, the cock meat is suitable. The hen is suitable for making soup.
