Step1:Cut all the vegetables and meat for standby. Let the raw pork shreds, cooking wine (1 spoon, enamel spoon), corn starch and sweet potato starch be a little bit. Just grab a little by hand. About 5g of cooking oil, 12g of Pepper (not allowed). Marinate for 30 minutes.

Cooking tips:If you have chili and bean paste. You can put some pepper in it. Pepper can be millet pepper. It can be shredded green and red pepper. The oil I use is fried onion, ginger and garlic. Without such oil, I can use ordinary oil directly. I have skills in cooking.
