Step1:Mix the flour and milk powder evenly.
Step2:Warm the milk and turn the yeast on. Add in the flour. Stir well.
Step3:You can mix it with warm water properly when it's dry or wet. It's agglomerated. It's fermented with plastic film.
Step4:After fermentation, knead the growth bar.
Step5:Cut it into small doses.
Step6:Put it in the steamer. Ferment again for more than half an hour. Steam for about 15 minutes.
