Step1:Soak millet in hot water for an hour. Steam for 20 minutes.

Step7:Put it in the oven with 180 ℃ preheating for 10 minutes. Heat it up and down for 160 ℃. 20 minutes.
Step8:Put cumin powder in the oven, dry it and put it in the sealed pot.
Cooking tips:There are two ways. I think the fried version is more delicious. The oven version must choose the time according to its own oven performance. More salt can be added. My taste is light. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
