Step1:Put the sugar and salt in the bread machine diagonall

Step4:Add flour. Dig a hole in the middle of flour and add yeast powde
Step5:Then cover it. You can put it in the toaster. Press the dough for 20 minutes
Step6:Make the dough for the first time. Add the butter. Continue mixing for 20 minutes
Step7:This is the second time to make a good dough. Take it out in 20 minutes. Exhaust
Step8:Take out the dough. Pour a little oil on the table. Prevent touching hands. There are many bubbles. Press gently with hands. Exhaust
Step9:Cut into 7 dough sizes. Soften into smooth dough. Weight of the whole dough ÷ 7. The size of the dough is even
Step10:Put it into an 8-inch mold. You can lay oil paper on it or brush it with thin oil
Step11:Put it in the oven. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven. Make the second fermentation
Step12:Ferment twice as much. Preheat the oven for 150 ℃ for 10 minutes. Bake for 28 minutes.
