Step1:Stewed beef briske
Step2:Put oil, ginger, beef brisket in the pot and stir fry with cooking wine.
Step3:Pour in soy sauce. Continue to stir fry oyster sauce.
Step4:Stir fry for a few minutes and put it in the pressure cooker. Put salt, star anise, grass fruit, cinnamon, fragrant leaves and half of the pot water. Just submerge the brisket. Cover it and press it in the pressure cooker for half an hour to an hour until the brisket is soft.
Step5:Well done. Out of the pot. Fragrant.
Cooking tips:It's just right for my newly bought pressure cooker to press for 40 minutes. Different pressure pans have different pressures and use times. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
