Step1:Soak the beef brisket in clean water for two hours. Change the water twice during this period. Then cut into small pieces. Beef and mutton should be cut crosswise. That is to say, if the texture of the meat is IIII, cut it with one like this. Otherwise, the meat will be hard to bite.
Step2:Put the meat in the hot pot with cold water. Boil it over high heat. Blanch the bleeding foam. Note - always put meat in cold wate
Step3:Skim the minced meat. Don't cook it for too long. Then wash the meat with warm water
Step4:I usually put so many ingredients for cooking meat. One piece of fragrant leaves is good
Step5:Put the prepared materials and the washed meat into the pot. Stew with warm water. Put some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Press for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker. I'll stew for an hour in an electric rice cooker
Step6:The prepared tomatoes are peeled and cut. One is diced and the other two are hobs
Step7:Heat up a little oil and fry the diced tomatoes until they are mushy. Then put the pieces of tomatoes in and fry them together. It's better to add some ketchup if you like, but I don't usually use it. I dislike all kinds of additives.
Step8:Pour the stewed meat and broth into the pot. Stew with tomatoes. Turn the heat to a small one and simmer for half an hour to collect the soup. In the process, soy sauce, salt and sugar are used for seasoning. Because tomatoes are very sour, sugar is very important. Seasoning also needs to consider that the soup will taste stronger when it's dried, so it's recommended to put it a little bit at a time when it's not accurate.
