I just love eating meat. What I did tonight was eaten up by two men, one big and one small. I don't have any left. I feel that I am quite competent as a keeper.
Step1:Sliced meat can be. Add onion, ginger. A little cooking wine, thirteen spices mix well. Marinate about 10 minutes.
Step2:After marinating, remove the onion and ginger. Add in the dry flour. This is the trick I see in my daily life. Don't add starch and egg paste. As long as the flour is enough.
Step3:The meat is naturally pasted. It's a bit sticky here. The meat will lump together. So you must separate it when you put it in the oil pan. Otherwise, the meat won't be cooked well.
Step4:Deep fry until golden. Remove. If you want a crisper skin, you can re fry it again. Immediately remove the oil when the oil temperature is high. Put the sauce with sweet and sour taste into the pot (without oil) and pour it into the fried meat pieces. Quickly turn them over. Thicken the meat pieces evenly. Turn off the heat and leave the pot.
Cooking tips:Don't use too much dry flour, or there are too many impurities in the oil after frying. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
