I don't like steamed vegetables very much. But this classic way of eating garlic mushroom is really delicious. It's healthy and smoke-free. It's suitable for human body to absorb. It has high nutritional value of fungus. Originally, I like Flammulina velutipes very much. It's very appetizing. It only takes a few minutes. It's simple and easy.
Step1:Remove the root of Flammulina velutipes. Wash. Chop ginger, garlic and millet pepper. Prepare onion.
Step2:Heat up a little oil in the pot. Add the minced ginger and garlic, millet and pepper. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.
Step3:Pour the fried garlic on the Flammulina mushroom.
Step4:Boil the water. Steam for about 5 minutes.
Step5:Out of the pot. Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Cooking tips:Because I didn't buy scallion, I replaced it with coriander leaves. It's better to use scallion. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
