I don't like steamed vegetables very much. But this classic way of eating garlic mushroom is really delicious. It's healthy and smoke-free. It's suitable for human body to absorb. It has high nutritional value of fungus. Originally, I like Flammulina velutipes very much. It's very appetizing. It only takes a few minutes. It's simple and easy.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Remove the root of Flammulina velutipes. Wash. Chop ginger, garlic and millet pepper. Prepare onion.

  2. Step2:Heat up a little oil in the pot. Add the minced ginger and garlic, millet and pepper. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.
