Stewed kidney beans with potatoes can be eaten all year round in Northeast China. It's super fragrant with streaky pork. It's more delicious with ribs. Stewed big bone stick. And soup. Wow. Delicious.
Step1:Clean the big bone stick.
Step2:Put the cold water in the pressure cooker. Add the scallions, ginger slices, pepper and salt
Step3:Switch to stew. (you can also put the flying water into the pressure cooker in advance. It's OK to soak the raw meat for a while.
Step4:Prepare kidney beans. Cut potatoes and carrots.
