Spring leek is the most delicious. Leek box is the favorite of many people. Of course, I am no exception. -
Step1:Put baking powder and sugar in the bowl. Add warm water and mix well.
Step2:Add flour with medium gluten. Stir with chopsticks to form floccules.

Step9:Mix the salt, chicken essence and thirteen spices evenly. The filling of leek box is ready.
Step10:The fermented dough is rubbed and exhausted.
Step11:Rub the dough into long strips. Divide it into small dosage forms, knead it smooth and round. Cover with fresh-keeping film to prevent the dough from drying.
Step12:Take a small dosage and flatten it. Roll it into an oval shape.
Step13:Put the filling aside (as shown in the picture).
Step14:Cover the other half. Pinch the seal tightly.
Step15:Pinch the lace. First lift a corner and fold it inwards. Then continue to pull it up and roll it until it's finished. Finally, fold the small corner back and press it tightly. A lace and leek box is ready.
Step16:Preheat the upper and lower plates of the electric pancake pan. Brush a layer of cooking oil. Put it into the prepared leek box. Brush a layer of cooking oil on the top of the vegetable box. Cover the electric pancake pan. Select the pie function to start.
Step17:About six minutes. The leek box is ripe.
Step18:The leek box for noodles becomes chubby when it's cooked.
