It's the season for the tender peas. The peas are delicious. But they swell. Fennel is aerated. So my hometown likes to use fennel with peas. Delicious and healthy.
Step1:Boil some boiled water. Pour in the peas and cook them.
Step2:Chop up the ginger and garlic. Chop up the fennel and set aside.
Step3:Heat the oil. Stir fry the ginger and garlic. Meanwhile, stir fry the peas.
Step4:Put in fennel. Put some water in it, add salt and monosodium glutamate and pour them into the pot. Stir fry twice, cover the pot and simmer for a minute or two.
Step5:Thicken the sauce. Start cooking. It's OK. The finished product comes out. ^0
