Step1:Sliced kelp, sliced lean meat, sliced ginger, sliced scallion.
Step2:Boil kelp in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step3:Heat up the pot and add half a teaspoon of oil. Add ginger and scallion to stir fry. Add lean meat. Cook together. Finally add the prepared kelp shreds and stir fry for several times. Add a little salt and stir fry again. (kelp tastes salty. Don't add too much salt) add some vinegar. Stir fry for a few times and you'll be out of the pot.
