Spanish mackerel is one of my favorite fish. Spanish mackerel is rich in protein and fat, low in meat quality, delicate and nutritious. Actually, there are many ways to make Spanish mackerel. But my favorite food is braised Spanish mackerel. I didn't choose the whole fish, but I washed the fish and cut it into thick pieces. I think it's more delicious and can be chosen according to my personal preference. I feel that it's very easy for me to make this fish. Everyone does it differently. Adjust to your preferences.
Step1:Wash the fish and clean the internal organs. I cut it into thick pieces. You can also cut a few slices on the whole stew surface to make it more delicious. I also pickled it with cooking wine and scallion and ginger to remove the fishines
Step2:Cut the onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces and prepare the anise.
Step3:Put the prepared green onion, ginger, garlic, chili and anise in the pot and stir evenly. Be careful not to scatter the fish in the process
Step4:Put two and a half spoonfuls of salt, one and a half spoonfuls of chicken essence, one and a half spoonfuls of powder, one and a half spoonfuls of sugar, one and a half spoonfuls of vinegar, one spoonfuls of oyster sauce, one spoonfuls of soy sauce and one drop of soy sauce into the pot.
Step5:Pour in a can of beer, cover it and simmer for ten minutes, then turn it to medium heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. In the process of stewing, turn over the fish in the middle so as not to lose the fish
Step6:When the soup is almost ready, sprinkle the onion and make a pot
Step7:Braised Spanish mackerel is out of the pot.
Cooking tips:Spanish mackerel I prefer to stew with beer. It really doesn't smell fishy. Fish is more delicious if you don't like beer. If you have gout, you don't need to put or put less beer. If you have gout, you don't need to worry about the taste of beer. Because during the cooking process, some of it will volatilize. If you like coriander, you can sprinkle some coriander before the fish comes out of the pot. It will taste better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
