Step2:Fire. After the wok is heated, pour in the oil (not too much). Pour the newly mixed shredded meat into the wok and stir fry until the meat turns white. Several tens of seconds. Put the fried meat into a plate. If there is enough oil in the pan, it can be used directly to fry bean paste. Stir fry out the fragrance. Pour in agaric, carrot, green pepper, red pepper. Put some salt. Stir fry for a few times. Pour in the fresh shredded meat. Stir fry well. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar. Stir for 1 minute. Stir the starch in a small bowl again and pour it into the pot evenly. Stir for about 1 minute. When it's almost cooked, you can start the pot. Finally, sprinkle with scallion, as shown in the picture.
