This year, I suddenly fell in love with eating bamboo shoots. No matter in soup, oil sauce or with bacon, they are all delicious ❤️
Step1:Remove the skin and the older part of the root of the bought spring bamboo shoots. Wash them.
Step2:Cut the cleaned bamboo shoots into pieces. Put some water in the pot. Boil the water and blanch the bamboo shoots for 5 minutes, then drain.
Step3:Chopped garlic, sliced scallion, sliced chili, sliced bacon. Put a small amount of oil in the pot. Put the prepared garlic and pepper into the pot, stir fry the flavor, and then put the sliced bacon into the pot, stir fry the oil.
Step4:Finally, put the boiled bamboo shoots into the pot and stir fry them. Then put some salt, soy sauce and sugar into the pot and stir evenly. Cover the pot and simmer for a while before cooking.
Cooking tips:1. The bamboo shoot must be blanched. It won't taste astringent. 2. When processing the bamboo shoots, you should be assured to cut off the old parts boldly. If you cut the bamboo shoots continuously, you will be old. You can't bite them even if they are cooked. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
