It's a traditional spaghetti approach, carbonara. The thick sauce covers every pasta. Bacon and parmesan cheese are perfect.
Step1:Take egg yolk, cut bacon into small pieces, cut garlic into small pieces, dry thyme and take leaves for use.
Step2:Boil with water and add salt. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes.
Step3:Add parmesan cheese to the yolk and stir well.
Step4:Pour olive oil into the pot.
Step5:Add in the garlic and bacon and stir well.
Step6:Stir fry garlic and bacon until golden. Add thyme leaves and stir fry.
Step7:Add the cooked pasta.
Step8:Add three tablespoons of water and stir well.
Step9:Add the mayonnaise and cheese mixture and stir quickly.
Step10:When the soup thickens, add black pepper and stir to taste.
Step11:When the pasta is out of the pot, put in a little parmesan cheese and enjoy.
