Heat up and down 220 ℃ and bake for 15 minutes, then open the lid. Lower the temperature to 200 ℃ and bake for another 10 minutes. You can come out of the oven. If the bread is bigger than this, it will take a little longer. When it comes out of the oven, it's full of the smell of rye. People can't help but go to the place where the bread cracks. Step3:After cooling, the slices can be eaten. The outer skin is crispy, porous and elastic inside. The flavor is added with rye flour. Naturally, it has one more layer than the bread made of pure white flour.
