Step7:Take out the dough after beating. No need to ferment. Split the dough immediately. I made 4 pieces of original flavor and black sesame respectively. About 110g

Step9:Fermented dough. Take a roll and roll it into a long strip. When you start shaping, you can start boiling water. Put 50g sugar into the water. Boil it
Step10:Turn it over. Beat it horizontally. Roll it up and down. Press it thin as shown in the figure at the bottom. Only when it is rolled up, it is easy to bond
Step11:After rolling, roll into a long strip. The length doesn't matter. It's about 25cm. The important thing is that the thickness should be even. Only in this way can the shape look good. Pay special attention to the small and long tail on the left
Step12:Cut it with scissors on the right. Be careful not to cut it. Then open it as shown in the picture
