Dry fried cowpeas for small dishes, from snacks to a large vegetable. Cowpeas, across different types of cooking methods. It is common to soak, stir fry, mix, burn, bake and stew. It will never be missing in the pickle jar of my parents' generation. It's also common to eat today ~ ~ stir fry. Stir fry first. It's more fragrant and tasty. It's a good meal~-
Step1:Prepare ingredients. Wash green and red peppers, peel them from the middle and then cut into small pieces. Wash ginger, garlic and scallion, slice them. Cut cowpeas into long strips. Cut two cuts of meat (need to be a little fatty and more fragrant) into small strips for standby.
Step2:All prepared ingredients.
Step3:Heat the oil in the clean pot.
Step4:Add cowpeas and stir fry until the skin becomes soft.
Step5:Put out the fried cowpeas for standby (see the above picture). Leave oil in the pan.
Step6:Pour in the cut meat. Stir fry until fat and oily.
Step7:Stir fry ginger, garlic and scallion. Stir in green and red peppers and stir well.
Step8:Stir fry cowpeas evenly. Add soy sauce, salt, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence (can be omitted) and stir evenly to get out of the pot. (the old one is dark. Don't add more.).

Cooking tips:The ingredients can be adjusted by themselves. Don't put too much soy sauce. Just a little sugar can be adjusted. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
