Last time I made mixed Chinese toon, it's delicious. Unfortunately, Chinese toon can't be kept for a long time. So I pickled it a little to make pickles.
Step1:Clean and dry the Chinese toon.
Step2:Boil the water in the pot. Add some salt. Put down the Toon for about 30 seconds. Change the color from red to green.
Step3:Take it up and cool it with boiling water. Control the water and let it cool down.
Step4:Chop and add salt. Mix well (or not. Put it directly into a glass bottle. Add one layer of salt and one layer of Toon).
Step5:Bottling and adding some salt.
Step6:One and a half bottles.
Step7:Put in a cool place or refrigerator for a week. Use clean and oil-free tools. Mix tofu to make small dishes. Perfect.
