I love to eat fresh mushrooms, no matter how they are made. But my family don't like them very much. Today, I made a dry fried one. A plate was robbed.
Step1:First, wash the mushrooms. Tear them into small pieces. Add cold water to the pot and boil them. Pour in the washed mushrooms and blanch them. The mushrooms will be soft and then fished out. Use cold water to dry the water for standby.
Step2:Add 1 egg and proper amount of starch to the blanched mushroom. Stir it into paste with a little salt, cumin and chili powder.
Step3:Add wide oil in the pot and heat it to 70% and add mushrooms. Fry until golden.
Step4:After frying, deep fry the mushrooms in the back pan (just a few seconds). The mushrooms will be crisper.
