Direct drying
Step1:Pluck, skin, wash and cut the streaky pork. I cut it bigger and smaller.
Step2:In cold water, add onion seedlings, cooking wine, boil, blanch, and scoop up for use.
Step3:Prepare dried pepper, cinnamon, star anise, fragrant leaves, prickly ash, ginger slices, dried scallion and garlic. If possible, put some tangerine peel and dried hawthorn.
Step4:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Of course, ice sugar. Stir fry until the color changes. Stir fry the meat. Fry some oil. Stir fry until slightly burnt.
Step5:Put in the prepared seasoning. Stir fry together to give the fragrance.
Step6:Add a can of beer, proper hot water, add the shelled eggs (the five fragrance tea eggs I bought), add the raw, old, chicken essence, thirteen fragrance, salt, cover and boil for 1 hour. Collect the juice.
Step7:Start the pot. Sprinkle with scallion. Fix it. Eat it.
Cooking tips:It's a skill to heat the meat and blanch it in cold water for cooking.
