Cooking tips:1. Spices can be prepared by yourself. Douban sauce can also be changed into Zhuhou sauce. 2. The stewing time of beef brisket and radish depends on the meat quality. 3. It's better to sprinkle celery and garlic sprouts at last. I only have the skill of cooking with Scallion at home.
