Step8:Boil the water. Put in the meat dumpling. Add a little cold water when the water is boiled again. Repeat four times. (remember - cover the pot to boil is to boil the stuffing. Open the lid to boil the skin
Step9:When the dumpling floats, take it out and put in the scallion, shrimp skin and laver. Add some lard, salt and chicken essence to the soup.
