Step9:Put silica gel paper in the baking tray to prevent adhesion at the bottom. I use a 30x25 baking tray to cover it. Gently shake out small bubbles.
Step10:My home is an embedded oven. It has high power, so the temperature is low. It is baked at 140 ℃ for 40 minutes. To prevent the surface of the cake from scorching, a layer of silicone paper is covered.
Step11:Cool the baked cake embryo. Dice mango and pitaya.
Step12:Whipped cream is similar to whipped egg white. Add sugar in several times, because there is sugar in the cake. Add less sugar here.
