Step11:Take a large portion of blue dough and roll it into a rectangle of the same width as a small portion of blue dough. Spread figs on it. Roll into a tube.
Step12:Put the three sides in the shape of dough. Note that the top blue dough in the picture is pressed on the edge of the black dough that is not rolled up.
Step13:The fermentation temperature is 35 ℃. The temperature is 80%. The fermentation time is 8 minutes.
