The dried cowpea and bacon brought by my hometown are very delicious. The dried cowpea absorbs the fat in the bacon. It tastes delicious but not greasy after eating a mouthful of meat. Its taste is endless.

Cooking tips:The dried cowpeas should be soaked in cold water for one night in advance. The bacon should be boiled with water for easy cleaning. Bacon is very salty. I didn't add salt to this dish. (or according to personal taste) I have skills in making delicious dishes.
