The cherries in my elder sister's yard are very fruitful. I picked a lot of cherries. My friend took some of them. The rest was made into cherry jam and cherry wine.
Step1:Choose a good day to pick cherries.
Step2:Half a day. I picked so many.
Step3:Clean the water. Be gentle. Cherries are too easy to break.
Step4:Dry the surface. Put the cherries and sugar in a sterilized sealed jar.
Step5:Pour in the white wine (it is recommended to select the white wine with the temperature above 35 degrees).
Step6:Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. It can be fermented for 2 months.

Step9:Wash 500g cherries. Remove seeds.
Step10:Add 100g white sugar. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Step11:In a non stick pot. Add 100g of rock sugar. Turn the heat to a small one.
Step12:Cherries have more water than strawberries, so they take longer to boil. It takes patience.
Step13:Cook until thick. Add half lemon juice. Cook for another 1 minute. Put it into a sealed sterilized container while it's hot. Cool it and refrigerate it.
Step14:Here's the recipe for the sweet cherry.
Step15:Wash 500g cherry, add 100ml pure water, 75g white sugar and 75g ice sugar.
Step16:Boil the water for about 6 minutes.
Step17:Refrigerate for one night.
