Step1:Remove the Malan head and soak in water for 15 minutes. Drain the water for standby.
Step2:Put water in the pot. When the water is boiled, boil the dried water to remove the beany smell.
Step3:Put some water in the pot again. Add 1g salt. When the water boils, put Malan's head into the pot and blanch it. When the color changes, remove it immediately.
Step4:Dry the water. Cut into small pieces.
Step5:Cut the dried incense into small pieces.
Step6:Pour the finely chopped Malan head and dried parsley into a large bowl. Add salt, sugar and sesame oil and mix well.
Step7:If you want to put on the shape, you can put the mixed dried Malan head in the container and press it tightly. Then buckle it upside down and take off the film. I made this in a disposable paper cup.
