I remember my mother would prepare a bowl of hot ginger egg soup for me every morning when I was in the moon. Even my husband, who doesn't like sweet food, likes it. In winter, I'll have a bowl full of warmth.
Step1:Pork, liver and heart are washed and sliced. Shredded ginger.
