Step4:Heat the oil and fry the tofu until golden on both side
Step5:Put the well fried tofu into the casserole; put cabbage on the bottom of the casserole. Add some water, salt and monosodium glutamate; after boiling in high heat, cook in medium and low heat for 10 minutes. Put enough salt in one time. Otherwise, the tofu will be very light and not delicious.
