Step1:Prepare ingredients: 1 bottle of xiaoshijiao stewed sauce, 700g of pig's fine steak, 1 small tree of green onion, 2 small pieces of ginger, 10g of cooking wine, 30g of vegetable oil, proper amount of clear water, proper amount of green onion, proper amount of cooked white sesame.
Step2:Pour water into the pot. Put in the spareribs. The amount of water should be no more than the spareribs. Add cooking wine, scallions and ginger slices, and boil them over high heat. Remove them
Step3:In another pot, pour in vegetable oil. Turn on the heat. Heat the oil to 70% and stir fry with onion and ginger
Step4:Add the ribs. Stir fry until the ribs are golde
Step5:Add a pot of stewed sauc
Step6:Pour the stewed sauce of xiaoshijiao into the pot and stir fry with the ribs. Stir fry the spareribs evenly so that each small piece of spareribs is evenly pasted with a layer of small stone cellar stewed sauce. Now it looks very attractive
Step7:Pour in clear water. The amount of clear water should not exceed the ribs. Boil over high heat until the juice is collected. The time is about 30 minutes. It's delicious to leave a little stewed soup with rice later.
Step8:Sprinkle some small scallions and cooked white sesame seeds as ornaments after leaving the pot, and then you can eat them
Cooking tips:You can add some salt and sugar according to your taste. I didn't add it. I used a small bottle of stewed stone cellar sauce. The taste is just right. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
