Step8:8. Take out the refrigerated dough and roll it into a thin rectangle.
Step9:9. Pick up one end, fold it in half, and pull it out to make the skin thinner. Don't worry about the dough breaking. Wake up for more than two hours. A lot of gluten has been produced.
Step10:10. Leave a section at the end. Spread the raised butter. Spread a little more. Then use a knife to cut the noodles about 3mm wide. In the same way, stretch them out and wrap them outside the dough.
Step11:11. It looks lovely after wrapping. It looks like a mummy. Ha h
Step12:12. Stand it up. Press it. Don't roll it out first. Do this for the rest.
Step13:13. Press it into a cake directly by hand. There is no need to use a rolling pin.
Step14:14. The pan is light burnt on both sides.
Step15:15. Preheat the oven for 200 degrees. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes. Make it slightly bulge inside.
