Step1:Rinse the beancurd. Wipe off the surface moisture with kitchen paper. Put the oil in the pot. The oil is not over the tofu. Put the stinky tofu in a small heat. When the tofu is slightly expanded, turn it upside down and fry it in a big fire until both sides of the white tofu are golden and the surface is bubbling. The skin of the black tofu is cracked and full.
Step2:Put cumin powder, chili powder, cooked sesame powder and salt into the bowl. Pour the remaining oil of deep fried tofu into the seasoning in several times. Stir with a spoon and reserve.
Step3:Pour the fried stinky tofu into a large bowl. Poke both sides of the tofu with a small spoon or chopsticks. Stir the seasoning evenly. Set the plate.
