Step1:Wash the fresh beef and beef offal. Cut the beef into 500g piece
Step2:Put the beef and beef offal in the boiling water pot and boil the purified blood water. Put them in another pot. Step3:Boil the brine for about 10 minutes after the fire is heated. Add MSG, chilli oil, soy sauce, pepper and brine into the bowl to make the juice
Step4:Beat the cooked peanuts to pieces for use. Then mix the cold beef and beef offal into thin slices about 6cm long and 3cm wide. Pour in the sauce and mix well. Divide into several plates. Sprinkle sesame powder and peanut kernel powder respectively.
