The first time I tried the Chiba cake roll. It was a little rough, but it tasted very good.
Step1:Use Qifeng cake roll method to make batter. Pour into the baking tray lined with oil paper. Drop several times.
Step2:The Qifeng cake paste made before is put on the plate. Take two tablespoons of cake paste and mix with cocoa powder. Then put it into the mounting bag.
Step3:Put the baking tray in the vertical position. Extrude the horizontal line one by one.
Step4:Draw a vertical line with a bamboo stick. The first line is the positive direction. The second line is the reverse direction. It means that each line should be staggered.
Step5:The rough work is done.
Step6:Preheat. Heat up and down. 175 degrees. Bake in the middle for 25 minutes.
Step7:When the cake is warm, tear off the oilpaper at the back.
Step8:Cream with sugar and cream.
Step9:Cream off the oil paper. If you don't have cream, you can choose jam.
Step10:Roll up the cake with a rolling pin. After rolling up, stick the oil paper with transparent paper. Put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step11:Cut off the uneven part at both ends. It's finished.
