Meicai is a common dish in Hakka. It takes too long to make meat. I can't make it today. Just stir fry pork slices with Meicai.
Step1:Sliced pork. Add oil, salt, soy sauce. Marinate for 10 minute
Step2:Soak the plum vegetables for 5 minutes. Scoop them up. It doesn't take too long
Step3:Cut garlic and ginger into small pieces. Set aside
Step4:Cut the chilli for use
Step5:Hot pot. Pour in oil. Put the streaky pork into the pot. Fry it. Turn it over. It's yellowish. There will be oil in the pot
Step6:Stir fry with garlic, ginger and peppe
Step7:Add dried plum vegetables and a little water. Simmer together
Step8:Add salt, soy sauce (seasoning), stir fry, and start cooking
Step9:Delicious Hakka dishes are coming out.
